Homeowners

Homeowners

Whether you own a modern, well-insulated home in North Yorkshire, or a draughty farmhouse in the Scottish borders, we can offer advice to help you save money by being more energy efficient.

Some of the projects we undertake for our domestic customers include:

  • conduct EPC (energy performance certificates) which include a thorough review and written report detailing suggestions for improving energy efficiency through conventional and renewable methods.
  • From the EPC, determine which measures can be financed or part financed in accordance with 'The Green Deal', if this is the route you wish to take.
  • An analysis of our recommendations to show how you will benefit financially due to the savings these recommendations will make on your energy bill - providing you with a more energy efficient home.
  • Provide installation from purchase to completion handling any relevant paperwork in the process.
  • Take care of any Government Incentive scheme applications for the FIT or domestic RHI on release
  • Provide finance solutions to cover the cost of any investment in renewable technology.
